I wanted to book a few days away from work, kids, dogs for my partners birthday. I have not been to Lincolnshire before but was pleasantly surprised. Sam and Martins place is an ideal location!! Walk to the beach a few minutes, shops and restaurants all close by. A little gem of an air bnb beautifully decorated. Sam replied to messages within minutes. Didn’t want to come home, thank you

A great stay - good location and exactly as described. The hot tub unfortunately was cold the day we arrived and didn’t quite reach temperature until the next day however Sam and Martin sent us some goodies which was lovely. Highly recommend!
